If you’re not happy, we and our bees aren’t happy either, so we’ll always do our best to ensure your experience with Warral Maldon is a good one. All our policies around returns, refunds and exchanges are valid from 30 days from the date of purchase.
Food products
Since most of our products are of the yummy honey variety, we cannot offer a return or exchange on these items. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your honey product, we’ll find some way to break the news to our bees and will offer a full refund or store credit.
Other items
Non-food products like our candles and apparel items are eligible for a return and store credit or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and where possible must also be in the original packaging.
