Returns, refunds and exchanges

If you’re not happy, we and our bees aren’t happy either, so we’ll always do our best to ensure your experience with Warral Maldon is a good one. All our policies around returns, refunds and exchanges are valid from 30 days from the date of purchase. If over 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return, refund or exchange.

We will also refund the shipping cost only if the return is as a result of our error - for example, the incorrect item was sent, or it arrived defective or broken. 

Food products

Since most of our products are of the yummy honey variety, we cannot offer a return or exchange on these items. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your honey product, we’ll find some way to break the news to our bees and will offer a full refund or store credit. 

Other items

Non-food products like our candles and apparel items are eligible for a return and store credit or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and where possible must also be in the original packaging. 

Completing returns or exchanges

If you received or ordered the wrong item or are otherwise unsatisfied in any way, please email us at warral@warralmaldon.com.au detailing the issue, your invoice number and attaching any images if relevant. We will then advise next steps.

Refunds or store credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account on our online store, your credit card or original method of payment within four weeks. 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please email us at warral@warralhoney.com.au to start this process.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Unless the return is due to a fault of ours (including a defective, incorrect or broken product), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
